The use of this website is voluntary. You are not forced to provide personal informartion. However, failure to provide certain information may result in failure to provide a service or archieve a specific purpose.

I know that personal data is a valuable asset. I am aware of the risks associated with the processing of personal data through the use of the internet. I make every effort to ensure that your data is protected in an appropriate manner. I would like to inform you at this stage that you will not be entitled to all rights with respect to all personal data processing activities. This is not due to the provisions of the law.

Purpose and basis of personal data processing

Email handling

By sending a message, you provide email and other data contained in the content of the message. Providing email data is voluntary, but necessary to make contact. Data is then processed in order to respond to you. The basis for processing in this case is article 6, paragraph 1, point a GDPR, that is your consent resulting from the initiation of contact. Data will also be processed after the end of contact. It's a legitimate purpose in the form of archiving correspondense for the purpose of showing its course in the future (article 6, paragraph 1, point f of the GDPR).

Cookies

This website doesn't automatically collect data when you use it. There are no cookies, so there isnt a Cookie Policy.

Accounting

Accounting is a obligation under the law in order to issue an invoice or other document, on the basis of wich we make settlements (article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the GDPR).

Placing an order and executing a sales contact

By placing an order you provide the data necessary to place the order, that is, name, surname, email adress, shipping adress, phone number. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place an order. 

Direct marketing

For direct marketing to you of your own products (article 6, paragraph 1, point f of the GDPR).

Internal administrative purposes

For internal administrative purposes of the administrator, related to user contact management, what is the legitimate interest of the data administrator on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, point f of the GDPR.

In order to operate Instagram under the name @annazupok and interacting with a user on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, point a and f of the GDPR.

Order data

Order data will be processed for as long as necessary to process the order and thereafter after the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded agreement. Moreover, after the deadline, data can still be processed by me for statistical archival purposes, in particular to identify the returning customer.

For order data you will not be entitled to some of the rights. For example: you cannot object to data processing and demand the deletion of the data contained in the invoices.   

Redress of grievances, if you make a complaint then you are submitting information contained in the complaint which includes name, surname, residence adress, phone number, email adress, bank account number. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to make a complaint or withdraw from the contract. Data provided in connection with filing a complaint or withdraw from the contract are used for the complaint procedure or withdrawal procedure article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the GDPR and then for archival purposes, which is legitimate interest (article 6, paragraph 1, point ? of the GDPR. Data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the procedure of the complaint procedure or withdrawal procedure. A complaint may also be archived in order to be able to indicate the progress of the complaints process or withdraw from the contract in the future. In the case of data provided in the complaint process or withdraw from the contract, some of your rights will not always and under all circumstances apply to you.
